The Volokh Conspiracy takes note of a real-life consequence of student misbehavior--the moving of a trial to a new venue based on survey results manufactured by students. Ugh. (insert frustrated spitting noises here...more news like this and I'll have to make a .wav file of my own frustrated spitting noises to insert--not that my spitting is frustrated, mind you, just my spirit...)
