and if you don't want to read about politicians...
...there's an interesting article in the Times' magazine today about rats. Don't say, "ewwwww." They're incredibly smart. And at least they are what they are, unlike some pols these days. Rats don't have hubris, and I give points for that. (Please don't argue with me this morning and say hubris is a uniquely human trait. Just take the point and move on.)
Fans of the "House of Cards" series might smile and remember the rats-on-the-roof-of-Parliament motif...
